A large, luxury three bedroom Villa with 2 bathrooms and a large private swimming pool located on Amarilla Golf

Our luxurious villa is set in a private, quiet and serene area, absolutely ideal for a relaxing "getaway from it all" holiday. There are gardens with tropical trees and flowers surrounding the villa with terraces all around the property. There is an outdoor eating area with a large table and 6 chairs and a terrace overlooking the private swimming pool with low level sofas and a coffee table. There are also 6 very comfortable sun loungers and a BBQ. The villa has recently been decorated, with new tiles on the patio and terrace areas.

The villa is very spacious with a lounge looking out over the swimming pool. It has a fully fitted, well equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dish washer, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and hob. There are 3 large bedrooms, two with king size beds and one with twin beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower and there is an additional large bathroom also with bath and shower. In the lounge area there are two three seater settees, an oak low level coffee table, satellite TV which picks up BBC1, BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and other international channels. There is also PAYG Wifi, a DVD player and CD/Radio and a large dining table with 6 chairs, but can be extended to seat 8. There are French doors to 2 sides of the lounge area one of which opens out onto the terrace and the swimming pool. All of the rooms have ceiling fans.

Bedroom one:

King size bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, two bedside tables, dressing table and mirror, ceiling fan. En suite bathroom, comprising of bath, shower, WC and washbasin with marble top and integral cupboards.

Bedroom two:

King size bed, fitted wardrobes, two side tables, ceiling fan.

Bedroom three:

2 single beds, 2 bedside tables, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan.

2nd bathroom:

Bath, shower, WC, bidet, washbasin with marble top and integral cupboards.

Kitchen:

Full size electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dish washer, electric kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, clothes airer.

Lounge:

Two 3 seater settees, low oak coffee table, dining table which can be extended to seat 8, UK-TV, DVD player, CD/Radio, WiFi (PAYG) ceiling fan, 2 sets of French doors, one of which opens out onto the dining terrace, the other to the swimming pool.

Villa Grounds:

Private car parking area, Private swimming pool, 6 x luxurious sun beds, table and 6 chairs under cover, 2 x low settees and coffee table, BBQ. The left side of the villa overlooks the 6th fairway of the golf course and has views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Location

10 minutes from the Airport, 15 minutes to Los Cristianos and sandy beaches. A car is useful, but there are plenty of taxis and local buses which stop on Amarilla Golf and Golf Del Sur.

The Resort

Amarilla Golf is a resort all on its own. There are a few bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets all within walking distance from our villa and at the Amarilla Golf and Country Club you can hire golf clubs to play a few rounds of golf on the fairways. A 100m walk you will find the sea and a path that will take you along to the Marina, where there are more bars and restaurants.
